TREAT-NMD, in collaboration with the BMD Hub at the John Walton Centre, is delighted to host our second Becker Patient Education and Engagement Day in Newcastle.

This event brings together patients, families, carers, and professionals to share knowledge, build community, and support those living with Becker muscular dystrophy (BMD).

What to expect:

• Expert-led sessions on standards of care, cardiac care, physical therapy, genetics, and mental health.

• Interactive workshops, round table discussions, and stretching sessions.

• Networking opportunities and social events.

• Dinner and informal gathering on Friday evening.

This free, English-speaking event is open to individuals aged 14 and over living with BMD and their carers or family members.

We welcome participants from across the UK, the Netherlands, and other Northern European countries.
