Cancellation Policy
Please note the following in relation to our cancellation policy:
• Correspondence regarding cancellation of any form of sponsorship will only take place with the original communicant.
• Cancellations received prior to 31st July 2025 will have all payments returned less a £100 administration fee.
• Cancellations from 1st August 2025 and prior to 31st August 2025 will have 50% payment returned.
• Cancellations from 1st September 2025 onwards will receive no refund and will be liable for payment of the balance should it not have been received by the cancellation date separately to the registration fee.
