Applications have now been opened for the Duchenne patient academy 2023. The Duchenne Patient Academy is a unique opportunity for motivated patient advocates to receive intensive training on key aspects and skills needed to make a meaningful impact in the field. Advocates with an interest in advancing research, advocating for access, and improving standards of care for Duchenne and Becker patients are encouraged to apply.
Accepted applicants will receive full coverage of food and accommodation expenses for the duration of the training, as well as reimbursement of travel expenses.
The application submission deadline is November 3rd.
